All customers are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal liability. The company does not offer travel insurance, but we can provide guidance on choosing a suitable provider.
Miles Overland is not liable for any claims arising from uninsured or under-insured trips.
Company's Rights and Responsibilities
The company will offer tours, package tours, car rental service, accommodation and travel services to customers, both domestic and international flight tickets.
The company is fully responsible for the accuracy of the travel programs, dates, prices and service, and all the information’s on the website, including price changes, promotions and news updates.
The company reserves the right to modify travel programs, travel prices, dates, formats, and designs as necessary. Any changes will become effective from the moment they are published. If the customer continues to use the service after a change, it will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.
The company has the right to contact the customer by phone or email to provide payment information or request payment for unpaid booking.
If the service payment is not fully completed, the company has the right to cancel the booking.

The company is responsible for securely storing the customer's personal information, login credentials, and

Payment Terms
The company reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary for reasons beyond its control, such as weather conditions, availability of services, or unforeseen operational issues. In such cases, any changes will aim to enhance your experience.
To confirm a booking on www.milesoverland.com, the customer must pay 100% of the listed price.
The customer can choose to pay by online, credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash.
If the payment is not fully paid by the specified date, the booking will not be confirmed. In such cases, the company is not responsible for the cancellation of the booking or any related issues.
All payments for services purchased through the website will be processed by Miles Overland LLC.
If an overpayment occurs, the company will return the excess payment (deducted bank transfer fees) to the customer’s account within 5-10 working days.
The company is not responsible for payment issues arising due to internet outages, banking system failures, power interruptions, or any errors caused by the customer.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Any requests to modify your booking, such as changing the dates or travel itinerary, must be made through email by info@milesoverland.com. While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, changes may be subject to additional charges and are not guaranteed.
If the customer wishes to cancel the booking due to dissatisfaction or any other reason, they must notify the company at least 30 days before the scheduled departure.
Cancellations can be processed by the customer who made the booking. The request can be submitted via email with a scanned copy of a passport or ID card.
In-person cancellation requests must include either the customer’s passport or ID card.
The company will verify the cancellation request and process any necessary deductions before refunding the payment. The refund will be processed after verification by the finance department.
Refunds will be made within 5-10 working days to the customer’s or the company’s account, and the customer will receive a notification to the registered email address upon processing the refund.
